breastfeeding

I've read that you can get your supply back after it dries up. my LO is 10 weeks old. my supply dried up spontaneously 8 weeks ago due to the stress of her being in the nicu and then coming home to a stressful house.just wondering if anyone has successfully brought their supply back and if so how. and what should I be feeding her while we transition is normal formula ok?
