Painful Cramps/Contractions

Just curious if anyone else is going through this. I'm 25 weeks and 4 days. Whenever I do any kind of physical housework (just cleaned the bathroom including shower/tub and putting laundry away) I get painful cramps and irregular contractions. I have 3 other kids but never experienced this before. Anyone else get this from basically doing routine physical stuff? Some of the contractions get really uncomfortable but they only last a few seconds. I don't feel the need to talk to my doctor because I'm sure it'll turn out to be nothing.
