4DPO emotional

So I'm 4dpo and had a major breakdown (sooo unlike me) over something v small. On my own at home I just balled like a baby!! Is that hormones or just me being a complete weirdo?? I don't mind being emotional if it's for good reason. I wonder if anyone feels the same and got bfp?? Or bfn! Tww is killing me 😓
