Sisters

Help! I have 2 older sisters that I have not talked to in years! One of them I saw last  November and we talked for a short time I text her for the holidays but that was it! It's been so long that I don't miss them in my life at all people ask me about them and I say they are "fine" now when they ask about me it's all negativity stuff 😞! How should I handle this?
