Bleeding question for non ftm

We all know the after bleeding gets worse with every baby but I had my son may 20th after one very freaking scary delivery and a tubal the next day. My bleeding was almost done then Saturday tried walking in the grocery store with my hubby and HELLO I soaked my pad and every thing in less than 5 minutes!!!!!I've had clots and soooooo much bright red blood flowing out of me since like I called my doctor but the nurse didn't seem worried but I am. She more concerned with my baby blues than the constant litteral gushes. Help please is this really normal????? Any one bleed this bad 10 days after baby??????
