can precum without penetration get you pregnant?

my boyfriend and I were messing around and he put his tip against my clit and rubbed for like 5 sec, he had precum on his tip and I'm a few days late. I've read that you can get pregnant from both precum and not penetration but I couldn't find anything about the two simultaneously. can I be pregnant?
