Has anyone else notice while being pregnant that they get full easily? I'm 19w and can't eat a meal like I used to!

I get full but then seems like 20-30 mins later I'm already hungry again.

I worry that I am not eating enough, but then I get full super easily. So when I sit down to a good healthy meal I pick at it, get full, leave it, bloat for an hour and moan, get hungry. It's ridiculous.

I have the opposite problem where I can eat a full meal and still be starving 😢

I get full really easily these days, our dinners at home mainly consists of salad and protein.

Im not a doctor or anything but it makes sense as baby moves up out of your pelvic area it probably starts to squish everything including your stomach.

This is normal.  It's why every medical blog (and hopefully your OB) suggests to eat small meals throughout the day instead of trying to eat a normal meal.  If I eat more than a few big bites of something, I get sick.

I'm 18 weeks and I can still eat a full meal but if I push it I'll end up nauseous and bloated and totally uncomfortable for the rest of the night. So I've been trying to eat smaller meals.
