Morning sickness disappeared...question.

So I found out at six weeks that we are expecting twins. Since five weeks I've been really really sick, all day, every day. They prescribed me Zofran and I've been taking it for the last week. Yesterday I hit seven weeks and my nausea was almost gone. It is still gone today and my breasts aren't as sore. I had a missed miscarriage in November so I'm extra nervous it's happening again. Has anyone else with twins had their sickness go away early on and everything be OK? I have called my doctor and will be seeing them in two weeks for an ultrasound but my nerves are shot during this wait. It feels a lot like it did the first time...
