Trace of lucocytoces. It's just medical jargon for small amount of white cells which may indicate a uti. Often times if the patient doesn't present with other symptoms, such as fever or burning sensation, we wouldn't treat for a uti if it's only trace amounts.

Says trace of leuco(?) as in leukocytes? Leukocytes in urine are white blood cells that can indicate an infection but that's not always the case. If they didn't say anything to you I wouldn't worry because they clearly aren't. 😊
