Sub Chronic Hematoma?

I'm 13+1 and have been bleeding my entire first trimester because of a sub chronic hematoma. I was really hoping that the bleeding would stop now that I'm in the second trimester and it has for the past 2 weeks but I started bleeding again this morning...pretty heavily too. I've been filling an entire pad each hour for the past 2 hrs. I had this same kind of bleeding around 6-8 weeks where I had no cramping and baby was fine each time I went in to go get checked. Today I'm just freaking out more bc I thought it was already supposed to subside by now. I've already had 3 miscarriages so I'm having a really hard time staying positive right now. I have an appt later today to get any ultrasound but am just really freaking out
