Can you help?

Maybe a week or two again I started feeling dizzy for 3 days in a row like I'd have to lay back down until it stopped. Like I just got off a carnival ride, yesterday it came back and I almost fainted today. My period wasn't normal it was brown discharge and the next day it was pink light and so was the day after and today it went back to little to none brown only when I wipe. For my "period" I didn't even have to use a tampon. Can you help me? Should I go to the doctor?
