Light headed?

Question

Anyone else getting light headed? Mind you I've been traveling the last three days, so I'm hoping it's just mild dehydration and nothing more. 
I want to call my midwife, but I don't want to be the boy who cried wolf if it's normal. Anyone have any similar issues?

All day today and I'm 17 weeks and it was 90 degrees here today. No traveling but a ton of running around. I think it's just the body saying slow down and relax!

I've gotten a few random moments of light headedness.. The sudden heat in my area (55 degrees one week, 90 the next) definitely exasperated it.

I was just at the doctor today and asked about being light headed. I didn't realize that in the second trimester it's normal for your blood pressure to be lower than your normal.  And combined with the heat and dehydration, that is the likely culprit.  She suggested extra fluids and try to stay cool.

I have. I also traveled this past weekend and it was HOT! Once I got some water and sat for awhile, I started to feel "normal" again.
