Is he cheating

So my man has changed n I think he's cheating he has become very distant lately n when he goes to pay bills he's gone for hours n Sunday we got into a argument n he left and was gone die four hours n expects me to believe he was at the park supposedly thinking by himself for four hours I've been cheated on before n I don't know what to do cuz if we break up I have no where to go besides that I love him with all my heart n soul so I don't know what to do
