How long do breastfed babies take to poo?

My lo is exclusively breastfed and hasn't poop for the past 9 days ...he shows no form of discomfort,  he feeds well, he pees a lot , he passes gas too ...should I be concerned???

No more than 10 days. So if your baby doesn't poop tomorrow then call.

I'd say take your baby to the doctor.

We were concerned about our baby not pooping after 4 days and asked him if we should be concerned, he said you should only call the doctors if baby hasn't pooped in 7 days.

My little one happens to poop but I feed him which is every two hours

I think they want you to call if it's after 10 days. This sounds weird but it does work and was recommended by my god sons pediatrician, if you want to "encourage" a BM, put Vaseline on a baby rectal thermometer and take that baby's temp. The pressure is suppose to help move stuff along.

My baby is the same way but her doctor said that she's fine unless she becomes blooded or gets fussy but I think your baby should be fine unless then
