7 going on 8 days postpartum. I passed this clot a little while ago. I've never passed one this big in my entire life.....should I go to the ER or wait til tomorrow and call my Doctor's nurse? I'm very nervous and kind of scared. Don't wanna overreact

I had one the size of a softball at about 2 weeks pp. It was terrifying. I called my OB and he said as long as I didn't have any other clots or soaked a pad in less than an hour I was fine. No other issues after that, now I'm 7 weeks pp.

I also passed a clot the size of a baseball. Midwife looked at it and it was my body just flushing out some leftover membrane. I know it can be scary, but your body is doing what it is supposed to. If you're nervous about it, definitely call your doctor, but if you're feeling ok now and not excessively bleeding, you're probably ok.

I believe the advice generally given is if it's bigger than a tennis ball. I have seen quite a few of these sorts of post to familiarize with what's normal and what isn't normal to pass after birth and personally I wouldn't be worried...I'd still say call and get a professional medical opinion but from the looks of it I think you're just fine. Try not to worry about it!

I passed one about this size , went into be seen by my doc . I was told it was because I was laying down for a long time and the blood started to build . I haven't had any complications since... But I would call the doc to have them take a look. :-)
