After miscarriage - i need info please
Evening primrose oil, vitex... These are the things i can get without prescription in my country..no progesterone or anything.If TTC which should I use? Can I use both? I get that you can take evening primrose oil only until the day you ovulate and then wait for period. Is vitex the same? Can I start on cd4 or is that too late? Any info would be highly appreciated!!
I am taking prenatals. Should I combine them with b complex or am i risking an overdose?
