What do you say when people ask if you have any children? If you don't have any LIVING children..

Before we were pregnant I use to say "not yet". Since we lost our Bub at 17 weeks I have been asked 3 times of i have any children. Each time I panic and the word "no" comes out and I immediately regret it. I did have a child and saying no feels like I am dishonouring my Bub's menu.
Any suggestions on how not to over share while also being honest?

If you are spiritual/ believe in Heaven then I would say "I have an angel baby" or "I have a baby in heaven" 
Or you could tell people that you're waiting on your "rainbow baby"

Here are two perspectives:
> You do not have any children you are currently taking care of so no you do not have children. It is possible to be a mother and not have children. I would stop mourning your losses (I know easier said than done) and move on and focus on your future children.
> Yes you carried a child, so you do have a child in heaven but you and I both know that is not what the people are asking. So to simplify and ease your pain I would simply say no not yet.
