Leaking?!

Im about to be 17 weeks and my boobs just started leaking the other day! This pregnancy (girl) is total opposite than when i was pregnant the first time with my son. I never leaked with him. With him i threw up all  day everyday until 19 weeks and with this one i ony throw up in the morning because i cant eat quick enough. Im amazed at what the body does when youre pregnant. Anyone have total opposite symptoms in your pregnancies? :)
