Feeling sick

I just had my baby 4 days ago and everything went well. The last night in the hospital I felt like I was high on drugs but I feel like that was bc I literally slept maybe 2-3 hours each night and not at all throughout the day. Got home yesterday and felt fine, but today I woke up feeling kind of achy. I've been hot and cold on and off and have had a pretty steady headache all day. My milk just came in today and are VERY sore and full (I'm formula feeding). Is this common? I've read some people saying they felt like this when milk came in with first baby, but I've also read worse. I will call my dr tomorrow if I still feel this way
