It is a test in which the sonographer looks for certain movements including respitory movements within3 minutes. If your baby exhibits all eight movements, then he or she scores a perfect 8. I feel my baby less but the movements measured are not ones i feel. I drink a cup of coffee 30 min before the test to wake her up so the sono. Can clearly see movement. I have GD too but I may have different test than u. I have had test every week since diagnosed w GD. Keep your head up! I'm sure everything will b ok :)
Movement sono
Has anyone had to get these weekly in the last few weeks? I have GD on insulin and his movements have been getting less and less but they ordered them weekly now. Didn't tell me much other than just for movement? Has anyone else had this? I will be asking at my next appt for more clarification but I'm just wondering what exactly they look for from experience.
