Morning Routine

Ladies with children, does your SO help in the mornings? We both work full time; but I'm the one who has to wake up early, make lunches, get our daughter up/dressed&hair/fed breakfast; I take her to preschool, all before I have to go to work myself AND get myself ready. I'm 5 months pregnant, I go to bed early because I'm exhausted plus I have to get up early. He stays up until 1-1:30am every night and rolls out of bed 15-20 minutes before he's due to leave for work. 10 minutes which he spends shitting in the bathroom. All while I'm running around like crazy trying to get ready for the day. I've mentioned it not being fair to me before because we're supposed to be a team but he just doesn't get it. As my pregnancy progresses simple tasks are getting harder and I'm becoming more bitchty. How can I get SO to understand?
