Diaper bag gender question??

So if your having a girl, should you stick to a girly diaper bag? And if your having a boy should you stick to a more boyish diaper bag or does it not matter? My lovely thinks if its a boy it shouldn't be pink and girly but I'm girly lol 😅 he could always use a back pack for when he's watching the baby or out and about with it alone if its a boy which he's okay with, what do you guys think lol?!

I was going to go girly no matter what gender we had. But because my husband will be carrying it sometimes as well, we decided on a unisex sage color. If you're going to be the one using it all the time though I say go for your style rather than trying to fit it into gender roles. 😊

I plan on getting this one & I'm having a boy. I think it's gender neutral. And the bag is really for me, not the baby. I'd say, carry what you are comfortable with. But just be prepared for what people will say if you go super girly with the bag (as if it matters), because you know there will be those people.

I'm getting those backpack diaper bags. Neutral color. I'm going to use it as my purse also just to carry phone and wallet. And I'll make my hubby wear it sometimes too. (He always offers to hold me purse when we're out too)
So go girly if you want! The baby won't care! You'll be using it more!

Mines pretty gender neutral. I wanted it to be a bag that could double as a regular purse and nobody would know it was a diaper bag. I dont think you need to stick with a gender theme, especially if you're planning on having more than one child so you can reuse it

We did a neutral black and lime green, but that's because I went into buying everything with the thought that we could re-use them down the line for our next baby too. We're having a boy now but you never know if a little girl could be next! Wouldn't want to only have a blue bag at that point or something.

I wasn't giving my husband an excuse to not hold the diaper bag. Anything but pink he said. But honestly I was the only one who went anywhere with the kids so I ditched the diaper bag for a larger purse and later a back pack.

In my opinion, you'll be the one carrying the diaper bag, so get whatever you want. I want to get a dinosaur themed one because I think it's the cutest baby pattern and I've always loved dinosaurs lol if you want girly go girly and vise versa!

I have a pretty coach diaper bag for me & my husband has a manly 49ers diaper bag for himself because he refuses to use the coach one lol. We have a baby boy but I don't care if my coach bag looks girly, I'm a girl! I have to carry it around wherever I go, not my baby
