Need advice

Jade • Fri, Jun 03 • Mum of one amazing little boy but would love another child. I am a freelance makeup artist and I also make things with polymer clay and draw.

I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant and my right breast has been hurting alot lately. Tonight I noticed that I have a very small sore lump just above my nipple but not noticeable to the eye. I am also leaking but only from this side. Anyone had anything similar?
