Is it really beneficial to get this done?  Did anyone actually FEEL it working in your body for milk & mood swings?

I really want to get it done but no one around me does it. I don't think I'm adventurous enough to do it myself. I know a few people how have done it and swear by it....definitely NOT a placebo

I seriously was going to do this
But the more I read, specifically about how the placenta also filters toxins and bad, you would also be ingesting the bad with the good and that makes me feel more like it's not worth it. Still very interesting 👍🏻
