Healthy pregnancy/baby with AB positive blood?

AB+ here! Four month old healthy baby girl. The great news about our blood is being a universal recipient. If you need blood, it's easy to find. 👍🏻

The only blood type you gotta worry about is negative. My mom is negative, and she's had 12 kids. I'm negative and having a great pregnancy. My sister is negative and she's also having an easy pregnancy.

I'm AB negative and have had a healthy pregnancy (just had to get the rhogam shot, no big deal)

Negative blood type is what you have to worry about.
I am AB-, the most rare, so I had to get a rhogam shot around I think 27 weeks.
I think if your partner has a negative RH factor blood type, you'll still have to get the rhogam shot.

AB positive here and am currently 21.5 weeks having a normal pregnancy so far.  I think the issues arise when you have a negative blood type.
