Leg cramps.

Every night, for the past 3 nights I have been woken up due to horrid leg cramps!! Any advice on getting rid of these? Sometimes they are so bad my muscle in my leg remains tight and sore the next day! The repeated cramps doesn't help...

Magnesium is what saved me. I take just enough to soften my poo. If I do that every time, I never have cramps or BH.

I was told drinking a bit of tonic water would help.

Water! Staying hydrated has been key for me. Ive been slacking the past three days and sure enough, last night I got a mini charlie horse (thank god it wasnt full blown) in my calf. Ive been drinking at least 64oz a day but I try shooting for closer to 80oz or more if I can.

Yes!!!!!! Haha I have developed these as well!!! My OB said the only thing that seems to help is heating pad 3 times a day and massaging them, but I just deal with them, but yeah my legs get SUPER sore

Awful! I've had this too. Lots and lots of water, even in the evenings, also increase potassium (bananas) and put a pillow between your knees if you can to prevent your legs from stretching out too much while you sleep.
