Favorite healthy snack or meal?

Im overweight so Ive been watching my diet and exercise greatly. My goal is 11-20lbs because I started overweight, but doc said anything from 15-30lb would be great. If i gain 30, ill actually weigh the same as I did when I gave birth to our son lol! So far, im 6 weeks 4 days and have lost 6 lbs. Completely normal for those overweight and even obese in pregnancy so not worried. A lot of it is because i no longer eat fast food or eat out, no more processed foods/everything is made from scratch, i now drink 100+oz of water a day and no more sugary coffees, energy drinks, or sodas, and Ive reduced my red meat intake and increased my lean proteins. All while watching portions and keeping calories around 1800/day on myfitnesspal. I figured last pregnancy I was able to quit smoking cold turkey when I missed my period, why not fix my diet this pregnancy, right?

So, what are some of your favorite easy meals or snacks for a healthy pregnancy? Im addicted to these mini veggie trays myself!! Share below so we can all have ideas for our grocery lists :)
