Baby shower or no baby shower?

My son will be turning 1 on June 30th I had a baby shower last year...  I feel weird having another one a year later....  I'm due with a girl this Sept. 
Shod I have a baby shower?

Have another baby shower. My daughter is 2 1/2 and I am currently pregnant with a baby boy. My registry is smaller since I still have everything but I will need boy stuff this time around (mostly clothes) . Besides everyone can use diapers at the very least.

I was always under the impression you only have one for your first child. I'm having one but will not have another next time I get pregnant. I do know there are women on here who have one for every child, but I personally would not be comfortable with that.

If you think you're friends and family would want to celebrate with you, and someone offers to throw one then have one...but I personally wouldn't throw one myself.

Maybe even consider a "baby bbq" or a diaper party or something...or even wait until your baby is here and have a "meet the baby" type party...

I wouldnt have a baby shower but maybe a meet and greet after shes born would be good to celebrate her and possibly get some girl clothes and diapers to help.

I've never heard of having two showers that close together. I've heard of having a "sprinkle" which is much smaller with just close friends. Usually if your children are close in age you don't have another shower but to each their own.

I wouldn't... I think someone already said, all you need is clothes at this point. I mean.. Sits totally cool if she uses her big brothers stuff. It's not like it's old lol. It all functions the same. So id probably pass on the shower and accept gifts if ppl want to give them. No formal party tho
