Is anyone eating sandwiches?

I know I've heard people say you shouldn't eat deli meats..

I eat everything. Every one is so paranoid. If I didn't get sick before, it's unlikely I'll get sick now. Just make good choices. Eat food prepared by you or from a reputable place.

I had a Subway sandwich once. I had them double-toast it to make sure it was for sure cooked thoroughly. You can tell them to microwave the meat instead. The meat I had on my sandwich was the carved turkey, so technically it wasn't a deli meat.

Nope. I'm not taking the risk, personally. I love cold deli meats but it's simply not worth it to me to wait a measly few months.

I eat sandwhiches all the time but I go to a deli where they slice it infront of me.

The app Ovia is really good for do's and don'ts for medication and food. My doctor gave me a list of foods you can't eat and I've followed it. I'm sure a sandwich here or there won't hurt I'm not dying to have it so why do it? 😀
