Worried

I finally went to the hospital after having a fever and chills for 3 days in a row, i ended up having an upper respiratory infection/acute pharyngitis and they gave me medicine and proceeded to tell me that my heart rate and blood pressure is fatal and i need to see my OBYGN in the next two days... i havent eaten salt or anything with me being sick, but ive had a doctor tell me once i need blood pressure medicine and i know how dangerous it can be in pregnancy, any mommies here pregnant with high blood pressure? Im 11 weeks
