My first pregnancy was after a full year of ttc along with hormone treatment that were intended to jumpstart a period, which hadn't occurred without drug intervention in over 9 years. Needless to say it seemed hopeless and then one day I was pregnant! No period to start with just went from thinking I couldn't conceive to suddenly being pregnant! He is now three and is perfect. 
This new pregnancy was also a little miracle but for a nearly opposite reason. I had an IUD after my first was born and removed it, assuming it would take us at least another year to conceive again, if at all. Lo and behold, I got pregnant immediately! No cycle in between my IUD removal and conception. For that reason, I'm a little fearful that my uterus hadn't fully returned to normal, but so far so good- I'm at nearly 6 weeks with no abnormal symptoms (knock on wood!) hoping this miracle baby makes it too. I am feeling so blessed and grateful for my beautiful family.
