I don't feel pregnant anymore

I'm 22 this was my first pregnancy, I got taken to hospital a few days ago with severe cramping and I started bleeding, they did tests and couldn't see the baby but said I could be earlier than I thought (I thought 7 wks they thought 5) they were treating it as possible ectopic but they couldn't say for sure what was happening to me. I got kept in overnight and sent home the next day still cramping and bleeding. But I don't feel pregnant anymore, I just have a gut feeling that my baby has gone, the only pregnancy symptom I had was sore boobs and they're not sore anymore. My boyfriend works away and he's not home for another nearly 2 weeks which makes it harder. Has anyone else gone through similar to this? The Drs said everyone's different and I could still be pregnant but I don't think so.
