Bleeding? 🤔

Soo i had implantation bleeding a few weeks back lasted a day but i picked my 7 month old daughter up the other day and felt a sharp pain all across my stomach/pubic area, thought nothing of it till i went to the toilet and i had a tinge of orange/light reddish blood on my underwear, nothing since. Anybody know why this could of happened?
