I'm 35 weeks 4 days. My doctor sent me to the hospital Friday because I thought my water had broke. Thankfully it didn't, they checked me and I was dilated to a 1, 40% effaced. I was having contractions every 5 minutes but they weren't giving me really any pain and didn't cause me to dilate more so they let me go home. Then I woke up Sunday at like 4 am with contractions again but they were in my lower back and my front. They kind of calmed down throughout the day and I went to sleep but I got woke up again by the contractions and they were really painful. I finally decided to go back to the hospital this morning and I'm now dilated to a 2, 90% effaced. They monitored me for a couple hours and decided to send me home once again because I wasn't progressing. They did decide to give me a steroid shot to help develop his lungs and I go back tomorrow to get another. I think it won't be much longer tho and little man will be here.
