Working out

Hello ladies. 
Not sure if this is in the right category, but here my thing. 
This morning I went for my normal workout routine. Before I had gotten pregnant, I was always at the gym. I started even going twice a day and be there for at least 2 hours. Now, here's the thing.. I haven't been to the gym in almost a week :( today was the first time I had went and I only did cardio (I wasn't feeling like myself, so light cardio always made me feel better) and I started salivating and my right said started to hurt. That's never happened to me before. 
I got home, took a shower and now I'm just relaxing. I keep getting those weird cramps. I'm not sure if it's my prenatal (everytime that I take it, I get light cramps) or if it's because of my cardio that I did. I barely did 15 minutes on the stair master. 
Has this happened to anyone before? Get weird cramps while working out? I'm barely 6w and 2 days pregnant if that helps. :/
