I can't find a definite answer online and some sites even make it sound like you might not even know u have it . I had diaherra one time yesterday morning and the rest of the day I was fine and then this morning I had it again but nothing crazy. I don't know why but listeria was the first thing that came to mind. I was constipated for two days before this and I took a tablespoon to help. Idon't know my mind goes crazy bc pregnancy makes me crazy with anxiety!
