Where are Pregnancy Cramps

Hi! So when I'm getting AF, I have cramps all on my lower abdomen from each side. I always get these before AF and feel super bloated. The cramps I have been expericing on and off are right above your pelvic bone; they do not go to one side nor do they take up the whole abdomen. I know women cramp while pregnant. Just wonder if the cramps are different.

Nope, cramps felt exactly the same if not worse when I was pregnant. With my first I cramped so bad I literally thought I was about to start gushing blood at any moment...kept waiting for af but turns out I was pregnant lol second time around I didn't get crampy till closer to the second trimester, but both times felt just like menstrual cramps... they're esentially the same anyway, your uterus contracts during menstruation and during pregnancy it's expanding and contracting.

My cramps were less painful than af cramps. They were tolerable and made me feel like I wasn't imagining all my symptoms. Lol they were in my exact middle of my womb.
