Withdraw from weed?

I agree. When I found out I was preggo with my first I was an avid marijuana smoker. I decided to quit because I found out I was pregnant. (Still supportive of legal marijuana, just not for me while preggo) Took about two weeks but it will definitely fade. It's just because you become so used to smoking and it does relieve a lot of stress and anxiety.. Take it day by day and re assure him he's doing great. I would get super frustrated too but I imagine it's a little harder he doesn't have the motivation I did (being preggo) but it too will pass! Then it be nothing!

It's a phase that he is going thru. I had to stop smoking weed before I got pregnant and it was a very rough time. Weed use to help me get thru the stressful days of life. When you stop smoking it seems like every little thing bothers you. And food...you don't want it. I had to buy Boost because I wasn't eating but knew I needed to. Boost and fruit was my diet for about a week. Then I would slowly start to nibble on things. Maybe a kids meal, but I wouldn't eat the whole thing. Eventually I gained my appetite back. It does take a while. The only thing you can do is realize that he is going thru a stressful moment right now.

My boyfriend acts this way also. He loses his appetite, he gets angry, and can't sleep. I'm pretty sure weed withdrawal is real depending on how much/consistantly you smoked

You can't withdraw from smoking weed. But maybe he should start working out in place of smoking to get his mind off of his depression? Especially if he is planning on joining the military. Exercise would greatly benefit him.

With anything if u do it everyday takes time. Weed is a mental thing so yes he may have anger bursts anxiety. Sleep comes with withdrawls and weed makes you eat and eat if u stop your appetite is going to be messed up for a little while. 2 weeks at the most and he should be back to normal. Pregnancy is an emotional roller coaster and so is withdrawls so try to be as supportive as you can and be patient with him right now bc just like you need him during this time he also needs you right now to get through this. Me and my husband have went through the same thing. It's going to be rough but in the end its worth it. Stay calm. Stay positive. Good luck to you both
