Trail mix?

Question

So I was wondering is trail mix in the good or bad because I bought it just to have a healthy snack instead of chips or soda but when I was eating it I noticed it was a bit salty.

If you have a little it's fine. It's all about moderation. But with the chocolate and all the nuts it's high calorie and high in fat. The nuts do provide some good fat but they typically roast it in more oil which isn't super good. But again, as long as you're not eating the whole bag you're good!

Now I want some trail mix!!
