I am 5/6 weeks pregnant and I have noticed some orange/pinky discharge and this is the first time I have noticed this and I am bit worried something is wrong and I feel cramping in my lower abdomen.

Could be implant bleeding I had bleeding from 5 weeks  untill I was 7 weeks and 3 days. Deffently go see your doctor to be safe
