PreDiabetes and precholestrol?? Help

Hi I was just told by my doctor i have prediabetes and precholestrol...

Can anyone give me info or diet plans please im really worried

Ive got igt)( impaired. Glucose tolerance)  my sugars are high but not high enough to say im diabetic. You just have to watch your sugar intake i have my bloods done every 6months. Your gp should have give gou all the information you needed from them

I'm a type 1 diabetic but I have several type 2 relatives. Start watching your carbs(not just sugar). Try to switch to all whole grain products, they are easier on your blood sugar. Try to start getting at least 30 minutes of exercise every day, exercise helps with insulin resistance so it helps your body to use the insulin it produces more efficiently. There are a lot of support groups with tips on Facebook, just search for type 2 diabetes or pre diabetes and you should find some.
