I'm so scared idk what this is but it started yesterday or the day before and it's this intense pain that feels kinda like what I used to get when my period was starting and I would get this intense feeling of having to pass a bm and or gas. I get waves of this and sometimes I'll pass gas but usually nothing comes of it and it's unbearable. It happened in the store yesterday and I thought I was gonna die. Almost left the cart. Well I was just woken up by this pain. Idk if it's contractions or actual gas pains. Idk what to do.
