Any of you ladies have a good lower body routine? I swear my butt is getting flat. I couldn't workout in my first trimester. But I need to pick it back up. I've lost a lot of muscle. But I can't go back to the gym like before. No babysitter. So I wana do home exercises. Any pointers. I was pretty much lost in the gym before. I don't really know what I'm doing lolol.
