Pregnancy weight

I hope I'm not the only vain mommy on here but I'm a little nervous about gaining pregnancy weight. I know having a health baby is the top priority but I don't want to lose my girlish figure in the process . I mean you're only pregnant for 9 months and only need an increase of 300 calories to your normal diet. Excessive weight is not necessary or healthy. So out of curiosity what are some of you mothers to be doing to stay in shape.
