Feet and leg pain/cramps
What are good ways of soothing feet and leg pain? I'm 27 weeks and just recently at night when I try to fall asleep my feet are aching and my legs are cramping really bad that I just lay there and cry. I've tried massaging and elevating my legs but the relief is brief.
