Should I be worried?

So on Oct 25 we we're having unprotected sex, but we couldn't tell if it was my vaginal discharge or his precum. Anyways aunt flow came into town on the 26th. I'm not sure when aunt flow should be in town again. I have pretty regular periods, I just never pay attention to them or track them. So about a week and a half ago I started getting a really intense pee schedule. I took a test on nov 17 and it said no. This week my nipples have gotten bigger, I started having a little bit of pain and a few cravings. My horny level is still the same (it's always been really high).

If I took the test to early, would it show me a false result??

How long should I wait to take another test?

What are the chances of me being Preggers?
