My dermatologist is starting me on spironolactone for acne and to aid in lowering high blood pressure. I'm also taking Junel for my periods and to prevent pregnancy. What I'm looking to find out, is if anyone else is taking both of these together and if anyone has found their birth control to be less affective (became pregnant) while on both.
