Miscarriage/Hysteroscopy

My boyfriend and i started trying for a baby and got pregnant on the first try we were beyond excited.. Went in for my first appt april 19th at 6w 5d and saw our little beans heartbeat everything was great! Went back on may 4th and i was supposed to be just about 9w but the baby was only measuring 7w 4d and there was no heartbeat.. The baby had stopped growing.. We were devestated :( my body hadnt rejected the baby so i opted for the d&c the following day.. After d&c went in for my followup and my OB found to polyps in the endometrium which he is confident thats what cause me to lose the baby.. Im scheduled for a hysteroscopy/d&c wed the 15th to get them removed..my dr said once that is complete i will be able to start trying again..  AF came today which makes it 6 weeks since my d&c.. Now after surgery you have to wait 2 weeks to have sex.. So ill be way past ovulating. So i guess i will have to wait until next AF to start trying again. Trying to stay positive and look forward and start trying again for my rainbow baby.. I pray every day that god will give us a baby.. I leave it in gods hands.. Anyone ever have a hysteroscopy done??
