How to turn on chat ?

I do not know ,how and where to go to turn the chat on.

Chat opinion is only available on glow premium. That's THE ONLY "REAL feature" that glow offeres on its 8 bucks a month premium version. All other stuff are found online.  They actually take the article from online,  copy and paste it in here on glow and call it " extra features" 
Don't waste ur money on glow premium... chat option is a joke and paying 8 bucks a month for it is asinine...

You need to upgrade to Glow Premium to get access to the Chat, I was told.

Hi Anya, all users can access chat as long as one of the users participating has Glow Premium. To view your chats, tap on the "..." button in upper corner of the community tab.
