Major cramping before labor
Has anyone experienced cramping before going into labor? I'm not sure if I'm having Braxton hicks but I'm definitely cramping every 20 minutes it least. Hoping this leads to labor since in 40 weeks today. Just got home from my appt and I'm only 1cm dilated and cervix is at a 20% Hoping these cramps and spotting down there means baby is coming....
